Complaints Procedure

If something has gone wrong, we want to know and put it right. Email admin@scribbla.com with the subject "Complaint" and we will:

  • acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days;
  • aim to resolve it within 14 working days, or tell you why we need longer;
  • explain how to escalate if you are not satisfied.

For data-protection complaints you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
